hi I'm new here
long time reader first time poster

My question is whats appropriate on the walls of your grow room. my problem is i just started a little closet grow, now the room i've chosen is semi unfinished i just wonder if i should finish with a cement board or just drywall . . . .can i apply a linoleum sheet over top the drywall as if to make it water tight so i won't have a mold problem as long as i keep the linoleum clean. . . .i figure it would also be easier to clean...
Any feedback would be good
i'm working on getting pictures up so I hope to be able to keep you updated

drywall is fine, just dont go spraying the walls with water or anything dumb like
that (and obviously you wont). the white on the sheet rock also makes a swell
reflector for the light your using. if you still cant settle with normal drywall,
there is a type that is layed under ceramic tile and that stuff is water resistent to
the max, but less friendly to the wallet.

lol no of course i wouldn't be doing that. . . .thanks for the speedy response fuck i've been up all night moving shit from room to room. . .you see my original set up was with two floro work lights but after reading up more and more, again on this site the change to a 400w mh was a must. . . .but with the change comes a change in temp and the original room was way too small (2x3) now i've moved it into a walk in closet (4x8) but even thats too small so i've just kept the door open with a fan runnin and it has seem to keep things cool. . . .i'm off to get a ph tester kit today because clearly the importance of the ph is just as important as a better light. . . . .off topic can those 400w hps make you blind? anyways still working on gettin pics so hopefully i can keep you updated like george. . . .i'm jelous of your set up hopefully soon i can operate the same way

co2 can be added at any time (preferably durring the dark period) and most use it especially thru flowering. i don't use it at all and still get large tight nugs but it can be useful especially for high heat rooms.

is during photosynthesis (during lights on). but i dont use the stuff, so i may be
wrong.

the few times i've used co2 was done when the lights were off (had extra dry ice i would drop into a pan of water) but if you're talking with someone who uses it regularly then i'd listen to them and ignore me...
