I've always used a friend's clean urine as my sub. I've had several Quest lab tests. THEY DO NOT WATCH OR LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN! It is only required if you are court ordered to have a test. At quest they will take your personal stuff and lock it up then tell you to go the the bathroom. They will tape off the water faucet on the sink and put blue dye tablets in the toilet water and they will tell you not to flush. The times I took the test they never even looked in the toilet so other than the blue dye, I don't know the reason for the blue dye tablets. Anyway, I've used subbed urine and each time I passed. No one watches. But the temp thing must be between 90 and 100 degrees so my advise is to get a digital thermometer and practice keeping urine warm in an area of your body. I would heat the urine up to about 102 degrees (it drops about 2-3 degrees every 30 minutes. although I have had it stay pretty warm keeping it under my boob. Sometimes you may have to wait at quest so it is really important to make sure that your subbed stuff stays within the temp range. PRACTICE AT HOME WITH YOUR OWN URINE OR WATER testing temperatures this is the main thing!!!!!
