Quest DT tomorrow

Exercise (weights and cardio) regularly. Have tested negative three times since using the drugstore home-test kits. (I even sent one off to the lab--saying it was positive so they'd test with another technique to verify, and was told it was neg.) Given these facts, do I have anything to worry about? Do the home-test kits conduct the same type of testing as Quest for THC? Should I be doing anything else? I'd think I'm good to go--no need to dilute or anything else--but want to check with the board to be sure. Thanks!
