DILUTION: aka WATER LOADING
FOR BEST RESULTS ABSTAIN FOR A BARE MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS BEFORE THE TEST AND THE LONGER, OF COURSE, THE BETTER YOUR CHANCES.

If you have time, 2-3 days before the test you may want to begin raising you creatinine levels. Creatine, which metabolizes into Creatinine in 24-48 hours, can be raised with red meat and/or Creatine supplement, available on line or nutritional food stores. The amounts of Creatinine metabolites are measured as part of the urine integrity check (the check to see if it is to diluted). Creatinine level must be 20mg/dl or greater. 200-250mg/dl range is ‘normal’.

Step 1. 3- 4 hours before your test, start by drinking 2, 8oz. glasses of water. Water can be substituted for with Cranberry or fruit juice, teas or even soft drinks. Then drink another 8oz. every 15 minutes for the next hour for a total of 6 glasses of water (48oz).
Step 2. In about 1 - 2 hours (depending on your system) you should be voiding "clear" pee about every 15 - 20 minutes. Continue to drink 3-4 oz. more water to replace what you've voided every 20-30 minutes.
Step 3. 1 hour before the test, take vitamin B2 (about 10 times the daily recommended dosage) and at least 4 aspirin. (aspirin is for the EMIT screen only)

That's it. Within 30 - 45 minutes of taking your vitamins, your pee should turn from clear to "vitamin" yellow. Be sure you have voided at least 3 or 4 times before you test. Good luck, remember to post your results, and don’t forget that a diluted results, while not the results wanted, IS NOT a failed results. Hope this helps!!! N2

PS There is no absolutely 100% effective dilution method or magic potion. But these guidelines will, IMHO, work as well as ANY magic potion, better than many magic potions and you got it here for FREE$$$$$$$

N2, I think I screwed myself last Monday. On Friday the 24 I smoked half a joint and had to drop on Monday, now understand that I haven't smoked since my last month. I didn't give my beginning stream but the mid-stream, I didn't drink water, what I did was drink 3 cups of the detox tex that morning, then around 2 I started drinking 32 more oz of the same tea, I also took 6 asprins' 2 1/2 hrs prior to the test. Tell me do you think I passed?

"Step 3. 1 hour before the test, take vitamin B2 (about 100times the daily recommended dosage) and at least 4 aspirin. (aspirin is for the EMIT screen only)"

I've noticed that when I take a multi-vitamin, a while later my urine is bright/neon/day-glo yellow. (I also read that someone peed bright yellow for a test from just taking a B complex vitamin) Will this show urine the testers won't accept? Or is just taking a B2 1hr before the test not really going to color the urine too much?

Also, tests haven't found a way to get around the aspirin thing yet? I read something from 1990 that said that technology to prevent aspirin causing a false negative is in the near future. I guess if it just worked for you, it must be fine. I'm getting tested for an entry level job, Kinkos. Im not even sure if they are going to piss quiz me.

Thanks.

-Paul

According to http://www.passyourdrugtest.com/false-positives.htm , Vitamin B2 can cause a false-positive result on drug tests. Is this simply incorrect?

I followed this but added a little more water yesterday and today. I passed! Pee had a great yellow. 1hr before I drank a Gatoraide and SunDrop (same as Mountain Dew). I also took an AZO 'Standard' last night, 6 off them.
