Automated menu of course....press 0 to speak to a clerk..... 35 freakin minutes on hold only to have them cut me off at 5:00 when their system shut off. What the hell is that about? Good ol government thanks a lot. Peace Rabbit.

I don't know where you live but in CA you can do almost anything on line. But perhaps you were looking for special information, last time I went to the DMV I made an appt. and was taken to the head of the line and was out within 15 min. Good Luck.
