Experianced Advice Needed

I have been searching in vain for info on recent customs problems, but have found next to nothing. I have had 3 letters that were snagged by our wonderful homeland security in the last 5 months. Can anyone tell me if it is worth changing my address again? And, does USPS and customs have the technology to recognize and catch letters coming in to the US, that they have caught before? Effectively flagging that name and address, for future seizures? I have already changed the address once already and they still got it. Damn them. Two from Canada and one from across the pond. What is going on? I would appreciate any advise some of you veterans could give me. Thanks
