I sent them a cashiers check via certified mail, back in January. They have never returned my emails or calls. My gold vendor's customer service has been nice enough to try to contact them on my behalf. But, they too have heard nothing in reply. They told me Vertoro usually waits to buy in bulk, but agreed three and a half months is unacceptable. They also said they get a lot of complaints about them. I don't understand why they continue to list Vertoro as a PREO service on their website. I'm just glad that I didn't invest a large amount of money. I guess it's possible that their business is about to go under, considering all the complaints they have against them.

At 3am no less. He apologized and said they have been back logged and had a few staffing problems. Humm. He said he would fund my account immediately minus the fee. Still, I definitely will NOT use them again.

I don't think they like getting involved in this kind of thing. They said that they had a lot of complaints about Vertoro.
