Is Toronto For Me???

Ive been considering Toronto for about a year now, and it sounds like a great place for me. Id like some info/guidance about the laws and other things i should know beforehand. Basically if you can gimme some info on the smoking bars, seedbanks, laws,etc. etc. Id appreciate it very much.
