Honestly, everything I've heard, they just don't really exist here. Now, granted this is really only from blogs and the Dopecast (three cheers for Dopefiend!!), but I get the distinct impression that the VAST majority of operations are out of Canada. And, AFAIK, only one of them will ship to US addresses. Perhaps one day we'll get (dare I wish) even 1 reliable USA based source...but I really don't think that this will happen anytime soon. Man...would I love to be wrong.
