I’m so fat that I can’t do exercises…..i get a lot of pain when run or do any simple movement. So I have decided to try pills….i have come across a lot of pills on the net but I want to try a herbal one….there is one on page http://www.drugdelivery.ca/s33673-s-AYUR-SLIM-CAPSULES.aspx and I want to give this one a try. Has anyone used it? Or do you know about any other herbal product that can help me in achieving my goal?

Only two things will work to lose weight and they have to be used together: Not one without the other.

1. Exercise
2. Eat less

If you have a hard time eating less and have to use a pill, use Alli. A couple of embarrassing poops will prevent you from eating fatty greasy kinds of things.

Plus, look at the warnings on that-don't use if:

Heart complications
o Hypertension
o Diabetes

People with obesity have or are on the verge of hypertension, diabetes, and heart problems.

You use it and you might end up losing more than weight.

If you have a hard time exercising start off by walking not running. Take a brisk walk for 30-60 minutes a day. Watch what you eat. Start reading the labels and nutritional information. Replace snack foods with fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water.

Good luck!

I'd be careful about "herbal" pills. They are NOT regulated by the FDA so you have no idea what's in them or what they may do to you. If you are in that bad of physical shape and in pain--I'd stay away for "quick fixes"--could raise your blood pressure, etc. Have you talked to your doc? If he/she's an MD why not switch to a DO? What about an online support group?

definitely start off walking daily. Nothing major just 45 minutes or so and build from there. No junk food, sugar, pasta, rice, bread or potatos. It sounds rough, but it really isn't. Substitute the right foods and in some time you will not miss them at all.

Must set some goals, not lofty ones. Again start out small, say lose 2-3 pounds per week for 1st month and that's 8-12 pounds in month 1. Easily attainable with a little excersise and discretionary eating. Multiply that by 12 months and you will be a lean mean fighting machine. All the best. Keep the faith; you can do it....
