I'm afraid I could never use one because they require the use of fingerprints and I would never submit to such an invasion of privacy. Can anyone tell me if most dispensaries with without vending machines also require fingerprints. Does a doctor ever ask for fingerprints? Is one ordinarily fingerprinted at a dispensary?

It hurts us all.

(Info) January 31, 2008 22:27:55 ET Nevada law is wierd when it comes to mmj. California is much more straight forward. Nevada law has so many questions, like how to obtain. A grower is your caregiver, and so much more. Clear some of it up, as some people need to know.

(Info) April 13, 2008 23:26:40 ET In Reply to: Re: vending machines posted by jon104 (Info) April 13, 2008 20:27:37 ET nothing tricky about nevada meduse law...the state really doesn't care how one gets their meds so there is no question about how to get it...ya just do it! i've been licensed since '02 and haven't had one single prob with mine and the only one who did have probs was that pierre x. who went ahead with his providing biz AFTER he failed to get a business license and was busted when he was seen arguing and yelling with a next-door neighbor while holding a large plant in his arms...another neighbor called the cops and they went inside after he invited them in where they saw a large grow with well over 120 plants. that's been the only prob and we now have over 1200 enrolled! plus we don't have the feds running around trying to screw things up which brings on the heat when there are open sales involved...we keep it under the table.
