drug test

I quit smoking about 3 weeks ago. It will probably be a total of 30 days of NOT smoking when I take my test. Am I in the clear or is 30 days just not enough? I heard a lot about dilution, can someone tell me what that is all about! And if I subtitute using my sons urine how do I warm it to 90F to 100F? Also what about blood and hair testing, what works and how do I know if they will test me that way? Thanks, help!
