Honestly now. Have you fucked up your head or become lazy or any shit like that? Or found it hard to cope without a toke when you really want one? I just smoke now and again and haven't found it has caused me any problems or at least not yet anyway. I'd ;like to think I ain;t smoked enough to cause me any noticeable harm. What bout you guyz?

My wife will say that my memory has suffered. However, I counter with the fact that my memory has always been bad which is why I've relied on PDAs since I was about 17. Other than that, I'm still the same knucklehead I was 10+ years ago...albeit a little fatter...and with a few more grey hairs.

I do however get into little slumps of laziness, but later that day I get to be productive.

I don't believe the symptom is long term though--we have have a hell of a lot of brain cells and alcohol kills more anyway, so they're the one's with the major and permanent memory loss (I see it in my father all the time, and he drinks a good bit everyday). But, as a college professor in Psychology, I have no problem doing my job and remembering all the info I need to present to my classes, so I think like every other drug, it affects people differently... To add to all this i got chucked out of my home at 16 and in trouble with police, this wasnt directly related to smoking the bud i think a lot of it came from the way i was feeling because of this. i cut down drastically for a while and i seemed to get my head sorted out and get back on top of my life. i have started collage now and still enjoy a nice smoke on a regular basis...but i dont go over the top.

All seriousness though. Inhaling any kind of smoke is dangerous to some degree. We all have caused irreverisble damage to ourselves by smoking. And to say that smoking won't cause anything bad: People die from smoke inhalation in fires. Smoke does harm you. I'm just waiting for my vaporizer to come in the mail. At least I can smoke without having to worry about the dangers anymore... BTW "tokin'" takes the same amount of effort as typing "toking" you still had to press 6 keys...

I am a regular toker, but when I go on holiday for example, there is so much to do and explore and friends to meet that I am just too tired in the evenings to light up a joint. Can't say I have had any problems going to sleep without a toke though! Nor did I have any nightmares. As for my memory....no change there. The only "trouble" I have when stoned is that I keep on pressing the light switch when I want to switch off the music....LOL!

As for weed harming me I don't think so even though when I stoned I can't fuction tdue to some brain damage I suffered in my life but I'll tell it help to ease the pain I'm in since I had my right shoulder replaced awhile even with the painkillers I'm on. I think that weed helps me when I write by stories and it helps with my depression. So all in all I have to say that weed has done more good for me then harm.
