Smokeless in East Lansing, MI

I do not know if it is because people don't understand what I am asking or if they think I am "21 Jump Street". Anyways, if anyone from MSU or the East Lansing communities has any information that would end my month long involuntary sobriety it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
