Well, you shouldn't really transplant them until they're about 5-6 inches tall and have two nodes on them.. and also Miracle Gro potting soil isn't the best potting soil for starting seedlings... stresses the poor girls out.
best bet is to pick up some organic soil, and mix 70% soil with 30$ perlite.. much less stress and you don't have to worry (as much) about nutrient lockout or overwatering. (though you should still keep a very close eye on your water/nute levels)
