I've always had friends and family buy for me before, but can't do that anymore (If you want the entire story go to post #5046 in the culture section) The real problem now is that I am almost out of bud. I have never actually bought from an actual dealer before.

I've gotten good info about Omaha(near me) from the site WeBeHigh.com. the link is below but you don't have to follow it because I sum it up below.

http://www.webehigh.com/city/detail.php?CITYID=2050

The page says that good quality bud is all over the place there, and gives the name of a head shop and some coffee shops to begin at. But since I've never done this before I'm looking for advice on how I should trace some down. I would imagine that if I just walk into a shop and say I need to buy weed they're gonna think I'm a pig, but then again, I've never done this before.

Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance.

I think that the worst that could happen to you if you asked in a head shop is that you would get kicked out. which isnt fun but better than than getting arrested or not having any pot :)

If you don't want to look like a cop, make it clear that you're initiating the transaction. If a cop blatenly asks to buy bud, that's entrapment. The danger is, it's easier for you to get busted for buying. Pick your risk...

Easiest way to score reefer is to get a job in any restaurant. There isn't a restaurant in America that doesn't have at least one stoner working there. Find that stoner and he'll hook you up. Trust me.

If you're just looking for a quick score, $5 and a 5 minute conversation with a homeless person can open many doors.

dont be an idiot and ask at a head shop or any shit like that.

just ask people you know, and you can trust. simply ask around to see if you know where to get anything....be chill about it...eventually you will hear something. pot is very social and word gets around about where to find stuff. dont be an idiot.

This is reply to an old post but yeah thats true. When I lived in California I knew this old punker that was an anarchist that acted all crazy but really wasn't and would never take hand outs from people. One time I was downtown and I saw him walk up to a guy and his girlfriend and start sexually hitting on her and the dude was looking pissed then he offered him 10 bucks haha. Funny thing is the punk was a pot dealer. Good pot.
