sexing a plant at early stage?

time2grow Registered on Nov-30-2007 More User Info Message #84416 posted by time2grow (Info) January 06, 2008 23:27:43 ET it looks like i can see small hairs that look like it is gonna be a female at the stem which starts going into the leave, from the main stem, can u sex this soon or what? my plant is about 3 weeks into veg from seed.

All plants have the spurs. It's surely too early for the plant to show true signs of its sex.

I see you've got it in Hydroton so you've got to be supplying ALL of it's nutritional needs via a feeding schedule of some kind. If you've been doing that, I would invest in a good pH pen. 5.5 to 6.3. Do you have an EC or TDS pen? How's your water? You need these things if you're growing in hydroponic medium.
