2nd grow

My ladies (just bag seed) are in their 3rd week of flowering (in soil with HPS--I know I should have MH too--working on tight budget) and the buds seem pretty small. I using a 12-55-6 Super Bloom fert. Any advice on a better fert. for them at this stage? Thanks for the advice.
