do you mean you want to get seeds off 1 strain without crossing it with anything else?
if so clone that clone so you got 2 plants A and B ... A(first one) will be the more potent so better as the main female ..
EITHER
1) veg and spray the new one with giberillic acid then flower and get male sacks THEN STAGE 2
or
2) stress the second "2" one so it turns hermaphrodite and flower so it so you get buds and pollen sacks THEN STAGE 2
STAGE 2....then get a cotton bud and wipe pollen from the male flowers "2" and rub it on the first plant "1" pistils ..... 8 weeks later you got feminized seeds : )... ALL THE SEEDS OFF THE HERMIE PLANT WILL BE HERMIES ...DONT USE OR KEEP FOR LATER BREEDING
ALL THE SEEDS OFF THE TRUE FEMALE WILL BE FEMALE AND AS STRONG AS THE FIRST PLANT : )
